Welcome to the Karsh Office of Undergraduate Financial Support

At Duke, we are a community of scholars dedicated to the idea that educational opportunities should not be limited by a student’s ability to pay. With more than half of the Duke undergraduate student body receiving some form of financial support, we are committed to enabling every admitted student the option to attend.

Undergraduate Applicants

Since admission at Duke is need-blind for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and undocumented students, we never consider a student's ability to pay when making an admission decision. Once a student is admitted, Duke pledges to meet 100% of his or her financial need by providing support for the costs not covered by the calculated family contribution.
